Privacy Policy

Innn helps adults make nearby plans. We collect the information needed to create accounts, show compatible plans, operate safety tools, and support the service.

How We Use Information

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not use cross-app tracking. We use service providers such as Supabase and Apple Maps to operate the app. Profile, plan, place, request, and chat details are visible to signed-in users as needed for discovery, coordination, and safety.

Retention and Deletion

You can request account deletion inside the app from Settings. Deletion requests deactivate the account immediately, remove the profile from discovery, cancel open plans, close pending requests, and schedule permanent deletion within 30 days. Some records may be retained when needed for safety review, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or support.

Reports, Blocks, and Safety Records

Reports you submit about another user, the block records you create, and the related conversation metadata are retained for safety review even after either party requests account deletion. We do this so we can investigate repeat abuse patterns and respond to legal requests. After 12 months, identifying details are minimised; aggregate counts and the fact that a report existed may be retained for as long as needed for safety. We never tell the person you blocked that you blocked them.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, message previews can appear on your device's lock screen. You can disable the message preview from Settings → Notifications; with that off, chat pushes only say "You have a new message" so message text never reaches the lock screen or Apple's notification servers in cleartext. Plan reminders may include the plan title, place, and time so you know where to show up.

Your Choices

You can update profile details, change privacy settings, block or report users, sign out, request account deletion in the app, and contact support for privacy or data requests.
