For help with accounts, Sign in with Apple, plans, safety reports, blocks, account deletion, or data requests, contact Innn support.
Account and privacy requests
- Use Settings in the app to request account deletion when possible.
- Deletion requests deactivate the account immediately and schedule permanent deletion within 30 days.
- Email support if you cannot access the app or need help with a privacy request.
For urgent safety concerns
- Use report/block inside the app when possible.
- If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
- Include the plan, chat, and account details you want reviewed.
