Effective May 16, 2026. By creating an Innn account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Innn has zero tolerance for objectionable content and behaviour. We act on reports within 24 hours. Accounts that solicit sexual contact, harass other users, or use Innn for dating or hookups are removed, often without warning.

1. Who Can Use Innn

You must be 18 years or older. By using Innn you confirm your age. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for permanent removal.
You agree to use your real first name and a recent, recognisable photo of yourself when you upload one.
You agree to use Innn only for lawful, respectful, real-world plans with adults.
You may not create an account if you have previously been banned from Innn.

2. What Innn Is For

Innn helps adults coordinate platonic, activity-based plans: gym sessions, meals, classes, screenings, pickup sports, and similar group or 1:1 activities tied to a real time and place.

What Innn Is Not For

Innn is not a dating, hookup, romance, or matchmaking service. Specifically, you agree not to use Innn for:

Romantic or sexual matchmaking, flirting, or solicitation.
Pickup-line behaviour, suggestive comments, or sexual references.
Nudity, sexual imagery, pornography, or links to such material in any field.
Soliciting in-person or remote sexual contact.
Requests for or commentary on a person's body or appearance.
Adult services, sex work, escorting, or trafficking of any kind.
Commercial solicitation, MLM recruitment, fundraising, religious or political proselytising.
Harassment, stalking, intimidation, doxxing, or threats of any kind.
Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or impersonation.
Sharing minors' identities, photos, or contact information; using Innn while accompanying or recruiting minors.
Encouraging self-harm, eating disorders, or substance abuse.
Any activity that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

3. Objectionable Content — Definition and Enforcement

"Objectionable content" includes anything in the categories above, plus any content a reasonable adult would find offensive, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit. Innn determines what qualifies in its sole discretion. We can and will:

Remove the content from public view immediately.
Restrict or remove the account that posted it.
Refuse the account holder the ability to create new accounts on the same device or with the same identifying information.
Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law (including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children for any apparent child sexual abuse material).

You consent to Innn reviewing, filtering, and removing content you post to maintain a safe platform.

4. Plan Rules

Post clear plans with a real activity, time, and place. Inventing or misrepresenting plans is prohibited.
If details change, cancel early so the other person can replan. Repeat no-shows reduce your reputation and can lead to account restrictions.
Meet in public places when possible, especially for first meetups.
Respect venue rules, local laws, and the other person's boundaries at all times.
Innn does not verify identities beyond what you provide. Use the same caution you would meeting anyone new in person.

5. Safety Tools You Have

Block: removes the person from your discovery, ends any open chats, and prevents future contact. The blocked person is not notified.
Report: sends a record to Innn's safety inbox. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours during business days. Reporting also blocks the person for you.
Settings → Notifications → Show message preview: hides chat content from the lock screen.
Settings → Safety preferences: opt-in toggle to prefer same-gender meetups for 1:1 plans.
Account deletion: available in Settings. Deactivates immediately, with permanent deletion scheduled within 30 days (some records retained for safety review — see Privacy Policy).

6. Reporting Promise

We commit to acknowledging reports of objectionable content or unsafe behaviour within 24 hours during US business days, and to taking appropriate action (which may include account restriction or removal) on confirmed violations. Reports of imminent harm should be made to local emergency services first; Innn cannot intervene in real-time situations.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Innn may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove your account at our sole discretion if we believe in good faith that you have violated these terms, posted objectionable content, harmed another user, or created risk to the platform. We are not required to provide advance notice. We may also preserve records of removed accounts for safety review, abuse-prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (profile text, photos, plan details, chat messages). By posting content on Innn, you grant Innn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms. We do not sell your content. We do not use it to train AI models.

9. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion inside the app from Settings. Deletion deactivates the account immediately, hides your profile from discovery, cancels open plans, closes pending requests, and schedules permanent deletion within 30 days. Records may be retained when needed for safety review, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or support.

10. Disclaimers

Innn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Innn is a tool for coordinating plans; we do not screen members, verify identities, supervise meetups, or guarantee anyone's behaviour. You are responsible for your own decisions about whether and how to meet someone in person.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innn and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Innn or your meetings with other users.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or via the email associated with your account. Continuing to use Innn after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact

Email support@innn.app for support, safety reports, privacy or data requests, or appeals of account actions. We aim to respond within one business day.
